About Me

I'm a Utah mom, just trying to make ends meet. Several years ago, I was introduced to a new way of couponing. I've been addicted ever since. I have a hard time paying full price for anything anymore.

I love couponing so much, I decided to become a teacher for Grocery Smarts.

I teach free classes and show you how to get everything you need at the grocery store and still leave $$$ in your pocket. I'll also teach you the best ways to get and organize your coupons. The best part of the class is when I show you how to match your current coupons up with the current local sales - getting the most bang for your buck!

Odds and Ends

So, it's Swagbucks Friday again! If you haven't signed up for this search engine you ought to. What better way to earn points and cash in for cool prizes? Just use them when searching the web. Click here for more details. Oh, did I mention that Fridays are Mega Swagbuck days (you earn more, more often)?

Do you get one of the Salt Lake newspapers today? Check today's paper for a $10 of $20 purchase from Kohls.

No paper - no problem, I can get you set up with either of the Salt Lake papers for just $39 a year (Friday, Saturday, Sunday delivery). Basically it's $.75 per Sunday paper - cheaper than you can get anywhere else. Let me know if you're interested (rumor has it, this may be ending soon). callmestacy@yahoo.com or 801-589-3946.

Lastly - have you checked out the Grocery Smarts, grocery lists for this week? The best buys (stock ups) are in red (4 and 5 stars). Can I just tell you that this is the week of deals - there's lots of RED to be had. Check it out and save, save, save!

Grocery Tip ~ As we all know, Labor Day is approaching. It's sorta the end of the summer picnics, campouts and BBQ's. Sooooo, what better time than NOW to do a little inventory on your summer supplies. What I mean by this is that during the summer months you will find your condiments, grilling supplies and paper products at their lowest prices. You still have about a month to cash in on some the the great sales. Check your pantry/food storage for ketchup, mustard, pickles, relish, paper plates, napkins, plasticware, charcoal etc... Watch the sales over the next few weeks and stock up on these kinds of products. These items won't stop going on sale, but summer is the best time to get these items at their lowest prices.
