I love couponing so much, I decided to become a teacher for Grocery Smarts.

I teach free classes and show you how to get everything you need at the grocery store and still leave $$$ in your pocket. I'll also teach you the best ways to get and organize your coupons. The best part of the class is when I show you how to match your current coupons up with the current local sales - getting the most bang for your buck!

GM coupon and freebies

There's a really hot coupon out there right now for $1.50 off of 2 boxes of GM cereal. This week, most Associated Food stores are have a GM sale - pair these up and get some great savings off of your cereal. Remember you can print this coupon twice from your computer.
Free Cup of Yoplait Yogurt. All you have to do is like them and go to the calcium tab. You should see "Get Your Free Cup" - click on that and fill out the form for your freebie. Yoplait is giving away 1 million cups to their Facebook Fans.

P&G Freebies
